Consumer Court E-Filing

The online portal system allowing consumers to file complaints electronically with Consumer Commissions, without needing to visit the commission in person.

E-filing has made consumer complaints more accessible, letting a consumer submit their complaint, supporting documents, and fees online, and track the progress of their case digitally.

This is especially useful where the opposite party (such as an e-commerce company) is based far from where the consumer resides, since consumer law generally allows filing at the consumer's own location.
